Flexible Work From Home Accounts Assistant Roles – Family Run Accountancy Business
We are a small, family-run accountancy business looking for 4 new team members to join us on flexible 0-hour contracts.
As a growing family business, we are excited to be expanding our team and looking to welcome 4 new friendly, dependable people to support the continued growth of the company. We feel this is the perfect time for us to bring in some extra support as we continue to grow and manage an increasing workload.
We understand how important flexibility can be, especially for parents, carers, or anyone trying to fit work around family life and other commitments. These roles are fully remote and designed to offer genuinely flexible work that can be completed around your own schedule, with the opportunity for ongoing work as the business continues to expand.
We also work fully from home ourselves and do not operate from office premises, so applicants can feel confident that these roles are intended to remain permanently remote. Applicants can be based anywhere within the UK.
The Role
The work will involve but not limited to:

Payroll

Accounts and Tax returns

Booking Keeping

Ad-hock admin tasks
This is not a customer service or phone-based role.
No formal qualifications are required, as full training and ongoing support will be provided. However, a good working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets is desirable, as this will form a large part of the role.
How the Work Will Operate

Work will be posted weekly

Tasks will be completed on a first come, first served basis

Work will be fairly regular and mostly not time sensitive, meaning most tasks can be completed at a flexible pace

We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:

Comfortable using Excel spreadsheets (desirable but not essential as full training will be given)

Reliable and organised

Happy working independently

Willing to learn basic accountancy processes
We are looking for applicants who are able to start immediately following interviews and training.
